Demineralised Water IBC & Bulk — 1,000 L from $800 + GST (80c/L)

Quick answer

A 1,000 L IBC of demineralised water costs $800 + GST on a timber base (80c a litre) or $850 + GST on a steel base (85c a litre), the same price for one IBC or several. That is half the per-litre price of 20 L drums ($1.60 a litre). We deliver IBCs by tailgate truck, so no forklift is needed, and we take back your empty IBC free when we deliver the next one.

Which IBC to choose

Timber base · $800 + GST

80c a litre. Suits most wash bays, battery rooms and workshops where the IBC sits on a flat floor.

Steel base · $850 + GST

85c a litre. A stronger cage and base for sites that move IBCs often or stack them in racking.

Keeping an IBC of water pure

Demineralised water picks up whatever it touches, so treat the IBC as a clean-water container: keep the lid and valve closed, keep it out of direct sun to limit algae and UV damage, use a clean dedicated hose or pump, and never refill an IBC that has held oil, coolant or chemicals.
